Lots of rain! Feels good to be getting some moisture in the air.

Went to dance class (CW line dance) this morning. Floor was a bit sticky from the moisture, but it was a good class. We've learned around 10 dances so far, which makes for an active class session. My legs and feet seemed to work well today. I also seem to be remembering the dance steps without a lot of difficulty. I've danced most of the dances being taught, but it has been a while and I'm not practicing between classes. The challenge level is about right it seems.

I've become one of the dancers who "know the dances." I tried to hide out in the back of the room, but when we turn around I'm right in front of everyone. It's fine! Good to get some compliments!

Had lunch with BH today (tasty soup and a pasta casserole, followed by coconut sorbet sprinkled with chopped mangoes). GH and I watched Mafioso, a black comedy about a regular guy from a small Italian village gets co-opted into helping the Mafia with a crime. One of the writers on the film was Marco Ferreri, who also wrote and directed La Grande Bouffe. There's a family meal in Mafioso that presages the extravagant gorging that went on in La Grande Bouffe.

Forgot my dreams from last night. They were intense, but I lost the details when I was awakened by the rains. Dreams will return! Tomorrow is a laundry day. Also have a movement class in the afternoon. Move and turn! Move and turn! Dance the days (the daze) away!
