Movement class was great today! The class helped me relax and let go. The result was a lot less symptoms. This week's resumption of classes definitely calmed things down. Feels good! Weight training class tomorrow. Feel the burn!

Watched a movie called Search tonight. It was an older film done in b/w. It was about a boy who got separated from his mother near the end of the war. He is reunited with her through a set of twists and turns. This was Montgomery Clift's first major role that set off his career. The young boy in the movie was extraordinary and was awarded a special Oscar for his role.

Dreamed last night about something that had to do with objects that were hidden in other objects. The dream took place in a factory where the objects were being made. There were small silver objects that were being found inside a larger set of objects. They were not supposed to be there. The dream involved devising ways to detect the hidden items. Everything was some sort of hi-tech device that was being used in covert operations.
