Short PD dance class today! Instructor had a rehearsal for a performance that she had to get to around midday. So, class was shortened.

I had to get up early in order to get to class early. I felt really good this morning even though I slept poorly last night. My energy levels and body flexibility was good. After eating a midday meal, I felt my energy drop and I had a reaction of redness and flushing. This happened despite me taking an antihistamine. I napped late in the afternoon.

Watched a movie Bad Lieutenant. It was a dreadful film done by Werner Hertzog. It was sloppy and mundane with lots of gratuitous sidetracks and actions. The lead character played by Nicolas Cage was never likable--just manic and crazy acting.

PD gait and balance tomorrow! Saw J&WB today at the PD institute. He looked fragile and weak. I came walking into the place with a strong gait and with a lot of energy. They both remarked on how good I looked. Comparatively, I did look better.
