Warmer days and nights to some degree. Everything was still fairly quiet today. Many people had the day off since the holiday fell on a weekend.

Watched a movie The Joke tonight. It was based on a Milan Kundera book. I recall reading the book and finding it dense and not all that much a joke. They did a good job with the film but the subject was still not that compelling.

Have a dental appointment tomorrow. Not clear that I've made any progress in that department despite my daily efforts. Will find out tomorrow.

I got a call from MF. They are still up in Washington state. She fell and broke her hip. They wired it back together using several pins. She's doing well and is recovering fairly quickly. It was good to hear from her.

Did a round of Qigong today. I've done it daily for a week now. It's getting a bit less effort to do a session. Feels good!
