Had a sad and moving PD dance class today. There was an acknowledgment of her passing and what she meant to those still here. But, there was still a pall of sadness around her going. As I was waiting to sign in for class, the receptionist got a call telling her that another patient had died. She must get such calls all the time.

The weight training class was somewhat erratic today. We had to exercise in a different room because of a symposium that was being held. The room was small and stuffy. Also there was only three of us in the class.

It was cold last night and it's cold again tonight. I'm not sure the new double-pane windows are doing all that much. I put the heater into the room that I'm occupying and close off the remaining room. Doing so optimizes the concentration of the heat.

I tried watching a Fritz Lang movie tonight, but couldn't focus on it very well. His work is interesting, but I just couldn't stick with it. I seem to have grabbed a whole bunch of films that are difficult to watch.

Gait and balance class tomorrow. I realized today that I should use the mileage-free rental car to do some more extensive motoring about. May make a run to the coast. Haven't been there for quite some time.

Had some edgy and slightly weird dreams yesterday and last night. I don't recall the details now, but I do remember how strange they were.
