MD's B-day dinner was tasty and subdued. I gave her the book on women spies--I hope she likes it. It may be too heavy for her tastes. But it was interesting to me--I ended up reading most of it.

Dinner was a pork roast with applesauce, a mixed vegetable stir-fry, potatoes, and gravy. Carrot cake was for the B-day dessert.

I filled out my intake form for my neurologist appointment on Monday. Tomorrow, I'll make my list of discussion issues and check them twice.

Today was sunny and bright. The rains let up and all was shiny and new. I slept a lot but it felt good.

Almost finished the MI-5 series--I'm on series 10 (of 10)--the final 8 episodes. Series 9 was intense as the key agent unravels as he tries to justify his past lies and deceptions. Who is Lucas North anyway? You might not want to know!
