Had a good day of dance yesterday! I danced nearly all of the dances that were done in the 2.5 hour activity. I did well on almost all of the dances. It was an enlivening experience. I was tired in a good way when I got home.

Today was a mixed day! I got up early and took off for the doctor's appointment. I ended up missing a lane change on the freeway and got a tour of the greater Sacramento area. I finally navigated my way back to the part of town where the medical center is located. I got to the appointment on time--I had left a little early just in case I had any difficulties.

I hate to admit it, but I did the same thing heading back home--I took the wrong lane and got another tour of another part of the city. It is big!

Meeting with doctor was relatively unexciting. I told him about my dance/exercise regimes--and we concluded that I'm doing what is required to mitigate the effects of the illness. We made a minor tweak to the times I take the medications--nothing huge.

I came home, had a good lunch at O'Connor's, and slept away a lot of the afternoon.

Tomorrow is a dance day! Looking forward to being there and in the air.
