Busy, crazy day--and the cotton is high. Awoke to the sounds of the Life Alert system--MD had a bad night and decided to call for help. It turned out that she was up/down all night with a urinary discomfort--the EMTs said we should just see her PCP and not go through the process of going to the ER and so forth. Turns out that was the simple solution--the PCP ordered her to take some antibiotics and all is well. By the time her situation was put in order--I was due for my bodywork session.

I went to the bodyworker--and she gave me an extended treatment that felt wonderful. I came away hungry (went and had a GT latte and breakfast sandwich), napped for a short while, and went to dance class. Class felt good--the massage put me in my body. Before heading for class, I downed a V8 Fusion--the caffeine helped smooth out the afternoon. Dance class tomorrow--will try the same regime and see what happens.

KK's festival is set for Saturday--I'll have to decide if I go or not.

My FitBit says I'm sleeping well--when I sleep. The duration has gotten longer--while I've been using the appliance to record my movements. I had a complex dream last night--but lost what it was about when the Life Alert system woke up.

Heading for the bed early tonight--will read some and make sure the heater is turned on as the night grows cold.
