VP debate is over! Palin did well, but stilled lacked substance. I think it bodes well for the O-team, but anything is still likely to happen. There have been so many twists and turns over the past months.

Monday had delicious lunch with BH. GH and I watched the extras on the Distant CD. It was informative to hear the artist describe what he does and what he did.

Went to PD class on Wednesday and then went for a walk on the baylands with two of the people in the class. It was good to hear what they are doing to cope with the illness. I've done a bit more walking this week--feels good.

Getting an acupressure session in the morrow. Lunch with BH and movie with GH. Weather is nice--it's been good for taking naps.
