All quiet on the techno-front. New browser seems to be working well. Some surprises from the "auto" features, but they appear to be helpful once I got used to their incursions. The movie player I installed seems to be working well. Thank the techno-spirits!

Cool weather is triggering the PD symptoms. I'm fine as long as I stay warm and wrapped. Lots of winter left! Going to the last PD exercise class for this year tomorrow. Starts early (10am) but has a catered lunch on tap, plus some visitors/observers (which is why we have to start early). The visitors are associated with a riding buddy of Lance Armstrong, Davis Phinney. Phinney has PD and has started a charitable organization. Don't know if Phinney will be there or just his people.

Haven't walked a lot in the past few days--too chilly! Miss the movement! Will be good to hit the class tomorrow. Feeling like I'm hibernating! Winter is a'comin' in!
