Went to the new (2nd) movement class today. It was helpful. It is just across the street, which makes it easy to get there. It was a really small class--6 people! I think my observation that the focus of the movement classes--on fun and relaxation--make the difference in how the exercise class is experienced. The focus is not on the illness, but on relaxation and release. I came away feeling good. I ended up sleeping for a few hours in the afternoon, but it was a restful sleep. No tensions or anxieties! I'll continue to go to both movement classes for the next month and see what plays out. From the perspective of getting access to the Rosen Method techniques, the classes are a deal! The Mt. View class is $22 for 12 sessions! The Palo Alto class is $15/class, but as I indicated it's just across the street. Nice!

Made it to the library today. Picked up some new books, and my monthly SF periodicals. Prices of the periodicals have jumped by an incredible amount--from $4.99 to $7.99! I guess they are trying to encourage readers to subscribe. $3/month may be enough incentive!

Dreamed last night that I was attending a birthday party for someone. The party was being held in a blocked off street area. There was a bar or pool hall that was on the street and was open to the party goers. I got there a bit early and things were not very crowded or all that active. Eventually, the crowds gathered and the place got crowded. People were dancing and milling about. There were no problems and everyone was having a good time. Later, as the party wound down, I found myself in an apartment that was off the same street. I was getting ready to lay down on the sofa and go to sleep. The couple that owned the apartment were down a hall in a bedroom. There were lights glowing from their room that was making it difficult to sleep. They turned off the lights and I drifted away. The party had been for someone who often was in that section of the town. He was well known and had a lot of friends.

Acupressure session in the morning followed by lunch/movie with BH/GH. Lots to start reading on tonight!
