Went to the PD exercise class today. We had a good-sized group. We did an exercise where we remembered everyone's name. There was Lydia, George, myself, Dick, Ted, Chen, Linda, Carla (?), Chris, Dave, Valerie, Monica, Tim and Frank. I'm unsure about Carla because she came in late and we didn't say her name.

We did a 5 minute power walk exercise where we walked to some fast music and bounced a ball as we walked. It was not an easy task. My tight leg muscle felt good during the walk. It tightened up some this afternoon, but the walking felt OK. I need to do more walking. I can walk through the tightness.

Dreamed last night that I was doing a performance where I was to sing. I was practicing around the house. There were two kids in the dream. They were going with me to the performance. The singing went well. I was pleased with the singing that I did.

It was hot last night. Slept with a fan blowing air across the bed. Warmed up again today, but was slightly cooler than past few days. Still promises to be hot in the coming days. Thank goodness the AC works in my truck.

Movement class tomorrow. And acupressure sessions resume on Friday. Looking forward to that.
