No ghosts or goblins tonight! All quiet on the apartment front. October ends and November begins. And it begins again--we switch back to normal time tonight (tomorrow). Falling back! Back to "normal" time, whatever that may be.

What happens if a woman births a pair of twins and the first child is born at 1:50 DST and the second child is born at 1:10 standard time (2:10 DST)? Is the second child born before the first child? Who inherits the kingdom?
