Had a PD exercise class today. New instructor doesn't use music so activity is more like an aerobics class. Will mention it to the old instructor as something that is not as helpful as it used to be. Between the aerobic-like exercise and the informational materials the class is just not much fun.

Dreamed last night something that was prompted by a conversation I heard over lunch. Next to my table was a trio of young guys who were discussing some business issues. They seemed to be the founders of a small company and were talking about a fourth employee that they needed to confront. They were going over possible scenarios of how they were going to approach this person and clarify some expectations and procedures. I dreamed that I was in a start up that had a lot of really young employees. My father was head of the company and many issues of how the business was to proceed went through him. There were a host of decisions that had to be cleared by him. Because of this there was a continual need to meet with him, make presentations, and get his approval. Everything ran smoothly. I was happy to be working in the company and dealing with the various issues that arose.

I came home from the PD class today and slept like a log for several hours. Sleep! So fine! Movement class tomorrow!
