Did laundry and made it to a movement class. Was out and about in between raindrops. Turned blustery and cold late this afternoon. Weather patterns galore! Have a PD exercise class tomorrow. Nice to be back in classes once again.

Dreamed last night that I was in a store or coffee house. There was some activities that involved mysterious messages and people that had disappeared. I spent a lot of time in the dream reading the notes and looking for the missing people. The dream was convoluted and shifted back and forth between being in the store/coffee house and out in the town. The dream was clearer as I awoke, but I've lost the details as the day progressed.

The day winds down and I do so as well. I've been feeling somewhat manic over the past week. Movement has moderated the mania a bit. But, I still feel some of that energy. It doesn't fully go away. Riding on the wave!
