Cold and shaky today! Fall weather rules the symptoms. No PD exercise class today so didn't move around a lot.

Went to the H's for movie night. We watched Amargosa--the biopic about Marta Becket. The film is a bit spotty, but the woman's story is unique. It shows what the human spirit can accomplish no matter what the circumstance.

I slept in this morning and napped later in the afternoon. My symptoms are more present than usual. Wrapping up in the warm bed seems to help. Can't beat the heat! I forget how it is when the weather cools, until the weather cools. Then it gets my attention.
