Had a wonderful acupressure session (with tuina) today. Came away from the session (and on throughout the day) feeling really good. I even had a dental hygiene session in the afternoon that did not leave me shaking. I was able to relax during the dental work. I had a lot of buildup on my teeth. Can't seem to brush enough and properly to keep my teeth and gums healthy. The hygienist used a new form of irrigation where she was spraying a antibacterial all the time she was cleaning. Cost me $100 extra but will see if it has any effect. Always something new that they can do.

It's raining and it's cooling down quite a lot. I was really hungry by the time the dental work was complete. I had a chicken breast sandwich and a rich chicken/corn/mushroom soup.

Made a library run and picked up a stack of stories and a few DVDs.

Dreams were fuzzy when I awoke this morning. I know that I was dreaming but they melted back into the twilight memories. Will do the laundry tomorrow. Onward and onward! People will be out in droves shopping for Thanksgiving.
