Gait and balance class went well today. Came away sort of tired and ended up sleeping in the late afternoon. Had an episode of flushing and redness after midday meal. Antihistamine didn't seem to make any difference.

Watched a video of Glenn Gould doing the Goldberg Variations at the H's tonight. Amazing performance on his part. Haunting melodies and variations!

Movement class tomorrow! Move on, move on!

Dreamed last night about an earthquake. I was with some people and there was a dog that there that was acting strangely. I remarked that he was acting as if there was an imminent event of some form. About then, I started feeling a tremor and the place was caught up in an earthquake. There was a lot of chaos and turmoil.
