A bit warmer today/tonight. Trend is for a few warmer days over the next week.

Had a mental/dental session today. They did a deep scaling and some antibiotic implants. Had to sit through some intense work, but did alright. Found out, through the dental records, that the Gentle Dental dentist has retired and I have a new person next time I go to them. Changes! Always changes!

I'm noticing that I need to see a vision specialist and get my glasses upgraded. Right eye is badly focused. Need to get new lenses. Can use the Medicare Supplemental coverage that I've been paying for over the past few years.

Did a Qigong session today. Did it right after doing a session with my 5lb weights. Had to sit through part of the Qigong. Felt good to do the weights though.

Year rushes to a close! The end is near! No word on my truck! It should be about ready to come back home. I'll have to take it in for a service just to make sure all is well.
