Big G&B class today! A nearly full house! I was still sore from Monday's class but today's session seemed to work things out some. I ended up sleeping quite a while in the afternoon. I conked out for several hours.

Watched a war film this evening--Downfall. It was about Hitler's final days in the bunker as told from the perspective of a couple of his personal secretaries. It was a somewhat tedious film that never told much about the women themselves. In the film, they are portrayed as background characters who were just doing their jobs. It was as if there were several pairs of eyes that were looking at all of the events and recording what had happened--to others but not to the people behind the eyes. No doubt being in that strange world was numbing in many ways, but there was not much said about their actual thoughts and feelings. The film is more of the story of Hitler and his madness, obsessions, and eventual collapse.

Movement class tomorrow! Movement and groovement! That will be an improvement!
