Made it to and through the C&M class today. The movement and stretching did unloosen the rest of me. I was a bit tired but also energized by the session. Look forward to resistance training and acupressure sessions tomorrow. Still having some collisions with my internal clock and the external time tellers. The late afternoon went into slo-mo for a while. I watched a movie and that helped kick the clocks forward. I'm feeling somewhat in sync now.

The movie was a history/thriller--The Debt. It was about an attempt by Mossad to capture a war criminal in the 60s and the truth of what they did coming forth in the late 90s. Because of the time split, two separate groups of actors played the key roles in each time period. The cast was strong and the story was action packed and intense. In the end, the truth prevailed although the audience didn't get to see the granular effects--just the final scenes truth was set free.

No PD dance class tomorrow (and for several more weeks). G&B on Wednesday and then a break for it of several weeks. Election day, at last! The media is spinning all kids of middle of the road stories about where things are. Who's ahead (or not) as the case may be! No doubt there will be lawsuits and challenges from all directions! Meanwhile, NY and NJ get hit with another storm!
