Did a movement class today and had an acupressure session afterward. Now, I'm logy and tired. Most of today I was energetic and felt well. Now, I'm ready for bed. It's a bit early but I think I'll go horizontal and read some.

Have a resistance class tomorrow and then the weekend unfolds. Or folds since I'll be doing my laundry sometime during the lull. PST returns on Saturday and me and the clocks will fall back. PDT ends for a few months.

I know I dreamed last night but nothing rises from the mists right now. I awoke a few hours after going to sleep last night and had a little delay in getting back to nod-nod land.

When I completed the acupressure session this afternoon, I experienced a feeling of not being able to make my thoughts come together. Everything was fuzzy and strange. Near the end of the session, I had the distinct sensation of rocking from one side to the other--like I was being tossed by a wave. It felt like an earthquake but the practitioner made no remark about it. Strange and strange!
