G&B class today! Made it almost on time! The class now starts a bit earlier than before and I seem to have problems adjusting. But I was there only a few minutes late today--traffic contributed to make me not beat the clock. I'm in pretty good shape and the Monday C&M and Wednesday G&B classes are the keys. Both classes have helped me trim down and lean out some.

Went to the H's after class to read more of the Bohemia history treatise. The author did an incredible job of ferreting out details and events over a huge span of time (1700s to present day). I took three wall hanging items to them and they will be mounting them on the walls somewhere in their home. I was glad they wanted those items.

I came home and crashed for several hours and then went to WF's to grab something to eat. The place was in chaos--they are renovating sections of the store incrementally. Today/this week it's the deli/hot dish area which greatly limits choices of things. I settled for a couple of pizza slices. I tweaked my afternoon lethargic period by getting a SB's Frappuccino. One of those in the afternoon seems to lift me over a fuzzy period of the day where if I don't imbibe I want to sleep.

Watched an Israeli film--Footnote. It was about a father and son who are Talmudic scholars. The father is known but not generally acknowledged professor who has been passed over for the Israel Prize for two decades. One day, he receives a phone call letting him know he has won the prize for that year. Unfortunately, the prize was to be awarded to his son and the phone call was in error. The film goes from there to the ups and downs that take place as the mistake is unravelled. The film was a bit slow but  an intriguing look into family relationships, academics, and the vagaries of fate in a person's life. It's in Hebrew with English subtitles (and other combinations).

Movement class tomorrow and perhaps some progress with the move tasks. Monday, Wednesday have no classes next week and on Tuesday there's only a resistance training session! So, looking like the weekend plus the early part of the week will be available for more moving tasks. So be it!
