Awoke to the sprinklers gushing over the front yard--too early, too much, too wet! Have to get on that system and see how it can be managed better. That much daily water has to be costly!

Went to the Gentle Yoga class. The regular instructor is on holiday--the substitute was better in some ways over the regular one--her yoga poses were more gentle. I am so stiff though--stiff and not very flexible. Pilates class tomorrow and a dental hygiene session in the late afternoon. The dental team had a cancellation and bumped me into the open slot.

Had a good lunch at the Panera place--pasta dish with a tasty bread and a simple salad. They are a bit expensive but have a good selection and great pastries and breads. Of course, I came home and slept for a couple of hours. I then made my trek for my afternoon green tea Frap (today).

I got a mysterious call on my phone--a blocked and unidentified number. It began with a robo-voice asking me if I was me. It then asked for my birth date (to ostensibly verify that I was me). I just went silent and let the robo-brain fall through to its terminal state. It was clear that this was a phishing expedition, but it is worrisome that it referenced my health insurance--supposedly the call was from them to provide me with more information about my policy. This is, at least, the second or third time I've been called by this phony survey. Googling the number brings up other people who have been harassed by this robo-twerp.
