Tuesday a lot like Monday. Monday a lot like Sunday. Days cascade by with little variation or sense of difference. I slept in this morning (like usual) except I didn't really start to move until noon. Went for my green tea booster in the noontime hour. Breakfast was an almond pastry. I came back and slept for a while and then went back out for a late lunch (early dinner). I was craving pasta so I went to Panera's for one of their half-bowls of chicken pasta. It was tasty!

Came back and watched an episode of Intelligence--the show about the $60 Billion dollar man. The man with a chip on his shoulder so to speak.

About time for dinner now--and the day is gone! Big event? My SBs gift card arrived in the mail. I cashed in some of my bonus points for a hundred-dollar SBs gift card.

Dinner will be its nominal repeat--fruit and a juice drink.

Weather is warming! Supposed to ride into the 70s and 80s over the next 10 days. Rain is not forecast. Soon to be the Ides of March--and St. Patrick's Day. We've sprung ahead--now what? Waiting for the flow! Waiting for the glow!
