Sun Day! Also laundry day and day I go to the gym. I slept a lot today as well. After I went to the gym, I stopped by SB's for a cool and delicious Frappuccino--with whipped cream! The weather is warmer than usual and a cool drink is the way to go.

Laundry is also the way to go--I'm running an extra large load. Not sure why everything is in the laundry basket--I thought I had done laundry last weekend. But I guess I danced instead.

Have a PD support group gathering tomorrow in Folsom. I seem to now be on the email list for this group and am getting lots of messages from the web manager.

Not much else to report. At SB's there was a woman sitting with a friend. The woman had a heavy-duty tremor in one leg/foot that shook he whole body. I'm uncertain if it was PD or restless leg syndrome or essential tremor. Whatever it was, it looked like it was something that was intrusive and uncomfortable. The woman's face appeared tired. If she shakes like she was doing, she probably doesn't get a lot of good sleep.

Sounds like my laundry is done--time to move stuff into the dryer. All for now!
