Dance class went well today--I was a bit logy to start but woke up during last 1.5 hours. We danced for the seniors--one older fellow said I looked like his son.

Have a PD support group meeting in the morning--at the OV location. Then have a dance class in the afternoon--at the FO location.

Awoke in the middle of the night--and tossed/turned for a while before falling back to sleep. Ate somewhat lightly today--didn't feel very hungry for most of the day despite the 2.5 hours of dancing.

Still haven't gotten my FitBit device to talk with my phone--have heard other people say that their device does make the connection.

Getting late--time to read and rest.
