Dancing and rain today--dancing went well. I slept poorly last night--was up and down quite a bit for bathroom calls. Bladder was overactive last night--I seemed to be up about every hour or so.

We are celebrating the granddaughter's birthday tonight--her birthday is actually tomorrow but she'll be with her dad.

I'll probably head up to Rescue for dancing tomorrow--have to keep moving and there's no RSB on Saturdays (at least right now... supposed to change soon though). RSB on Sundays is being cancelled since the two PT coaches have to be dropped--because of a conflict with their Kaiser positions.

A lot of the current stories in the SciFi periodicals use today's medical technology as starting points--like the one I'm reading now that has a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) that has AI capabilities. The increased activity in today's medical arena--is being extrapolated into the many futures found in the SciFi literature. The PCA proposed in the current story--has elements of Siri, Echo, and others.
