Did an RSB session today--and got a Trager treatment in the afternoon. The RSB workout was intense--and I found myself breathing hard several times. We had 5 or 6 stations--where we did two activities for a minute each twice. That means we stayed in motion for 24 minutes or more--as we did footwork on a ladder grid, jumping on the same grid, TRX squats, TRK bicep curls, bounce bag, ball slams, rowers (full 4 minutes), jump rope, pushups, weight lifting while doing fine motor skill work, writing.
Trager work helped smooth out the kinks in my body--kinks that were really noticeable in the RSB session. I came away from the Trager treatment feeling loose--as if all the kinks had been ironed out. Too bad I can't afford more Trager sessions--in a perfect world I would have a daily treatment.
Tomorrow is a dance day--EDH senior center which is close by and not all that challenging. It makes for a good activity after two days of boxing--and it's good to move smoothly to the music.
