Laundry day, St. Patrick's Day and movement class day! Plus some repair-the-roof day (landlord had some carpenters working on the roof right outside my apartment). I awoke to the pounding of hammers and the buzzing of saws. Got me up and moving.

The movement class got enough registrations to make it a solid GO! It will be a 12-week session, which will push it out into June. The class activities are really subtle, but seem to produce positive results. I think everyone with PD (everyone with anything) would benefit from taking a Rosen Method movement class. It's not strenuous and seems (for me) to produce a lot of positive results. I'd like to see the instructor run a class at the institute for PD people. Have to work on it!

Dreamed last night that I was in an auto repair garage in a small town. The routes around the town were very confusing. It was easy to get lost while trying to drive form point A to point B. I was giving some people directions, but they were still getting lost. It seemed that no matter what route a person took, he or she would eventually return to the garage. The sound of hammers woke me from the dream.

My daughter sent me a couple of new pix of the latest grand kid. It looks like her hair may be turning red. Her eyes were clear and focused. My how she grows!

PD exercise class tomorrow. Feeling like sleeping now! Happy shamrock day!
