Had a movement class today. Not with the regular instructor, but class went well. I came away feeling good, like usual. I'm experiencing some muscle soreness/sensitivity in the upper inside leg areas (groin or adductor muscles). The soreness is making it difficult to walk smoothly. Walking seems to irritate this muscle group. Have an acupressure session tomorrow--will see if we can work on those areas and free up the muscles.

Dreamed that I was with a group of people. We were exploring an area and had brought a lot of equipment and gear with us. For some reason, we had to leave the area quickly. We didn't have time or space to grab any of the gear. There was five of us in a tiny shuttle, packed in like sardines. We blasted away from the area at multiple mach speed. The shuttle had flown past us, scooped us up, and blasted away. I was trying to talk to our commander about not being so abrupt, but she said we had to go and do so now.

I watched the film The Piano. Good movie! It's a little wobbly in some way or another, but laid out a story with a bit of a happy ending. The husband/cuckold was a not very sympathetic character. The movie had a PC aura about it--it used Maori natives throughout, the wife was a mute (but talented), the daughter was way too smart for her age, and the wife's lover was an oddball recluse and semi-wild man who didn't jibe well with the film's actions and directions. Still a good movie--it did garner several Oscars and other awards.

Holly Hunter, the lead in the film, actually played most of the piano sequences. Quite a different role from Raising Arizona! She deserved the Oscar for best actress in Piano.
