Had a dental hygiene session today. Teeth/gums are in fair shape. Next dental checkup is probably going to be followed by replacement of several of the older fillings. Some of these fillings have been in place for decades.

Had a PD exercise session after the dental appointment. There was a couple of video people at the session. They are making a documentary on exercise and PD. Their presence and a rather large class made for a so-so session. But I came away with energy enough to go do my laundry.

Dreams from last night didn't stay in the memory bank. I don't recall what I dreamed about.

Watched Pather Panchali--the first movie by director Satyajit Ray. A great film! It launched his career as a film maker, writer, and musician. Will check out some of his other films. He directed almost 40 movies and some of his scripts/novels are still being made into films. He was a prolific writer/filmmaker. He penned a script in 1967, The Alien, that some say was co-opted in making the movie ET.
