PD exercise class today. The regular instructor is out with a bum knee. Her replacement is more of a drill and push type. It will take her some time to settle in and smooth out her routines. The regular instructor had everything figured out. Hope her knee gets better quickly. She had me do a simple set of line dance steps, which was fun even without music. Line dance steps, in general, are challenging to people who are having trouble with their gait. But there may be something there.

Dreamed last night that I was helping a woman get some car repair work done. The mechanic was a man from the men's team--RR. He was in charge of the garage and explained what repairs needed to be done. The dream was positive and left a good feeling around what was done in the dream.

Have a movement class tomorrow. I'm a bit tired this afternoon. The PD class was more active than usual and I did my laundry afterwards.
