The PD exercise class was tiring today. We did a lot of movement and stuff that took a fair amount of energy. Then we worked on some QiGong exercises that left me sleepy and energized. A mystery! I noticed how much my body missed doing QiGong. I had done it for almost two years but let it slip away. Will see if I can get back to it in some way. My body needs it! Round and round I go, where I stop nobody knows!
Despite my tiredness I did laundry. Needed to get it done so I pushed on through.
Have a movement class in the morrow. Looking forward to it!
