Went to dentist and movement class today. Earlier in the day, the weather was blustery and cool. Now, it's raining in heavy downpours. The din of falling rain!

I was stiff and clunky today. Did alright in the dentist chair, but have been creaky and heavy otherwise. Thank goodness I have an acupressure session tomorrow. Picked up a four-note piano toy for my granddaughter's B-day present. It's a no-fault toy that will make music no matter what is done to it.

Didn't nap in the afternoon. I've not done that for several days. I've been going to bed a bit earlier when I don't nap. Still I'm up late, reading.

I discovered that they dropped my favorite dish, pappardelle, from the CQ menu. Too bad! I really liked that dish. Tried the enchiladas! OK, but not as good! Will be with the H's tomorrow. Will have to talk about winding down with them. Have to stay within my budget. Too bad!
