My son from SoCal and his wife and kids swung through the area on their way back home. We had brunch at D&D's in San Jose. It was good to see them. It's been a while and the kids have grown like weeds. Abby, the youngest, is a charmer. Sara is sweet and loving.

There were several other people there so the day was a bit hectic for me, but I was happy to see everyone. D&D are really open and giving. They are a joy to know.

I took a short nap after I got back home. Watched Full Metal Jacket. Good film! It seemed that it was more choppy than I remember it when seeing it the first time. But still a powerful film.

Had dreams last night and this afternoon, but nothing of detail remains. Will be doing a meal with BH tomorrow. Probably no movie. GH is still under the weather. Hope he is better soon.

Got a chance to visit with my ex-wife, MA. She picked me up to go to the brunch. She's been having some hectic times. She's had some medical and financial issues. Join the crowd!

I had several episodes of flushing and turning red today. Seems like a combination of anxieties and diet. Have been eating fairly simple and clean. Anxiety abounds! Slowing things down!
