PD weight training session today! Using the heavier weights makes a difference. Definitely know that I'm lifting weights.
Day seemed to go by quickly. I didn't really do much but somehow the time zipped by. Didn't manage to take a nap in the afternoon. Will be heading to the bed early tonight.
I must find some solution to my troublesome affliction--some way to finish out my time productively. I manage to get through one activity each day, but that effort is only a fragment of the day's duration. There are so many other hours not accounted for. And there is a growing list of undone tasks that I never seem to address. Hours, days, weeks, and months fall away like ashes. The tapir of time burns away, leaving charred and incomplete memories. Muscles, joints and sinews tighten and grow weary as does the ability to think clear thoughts. I seem to have forgotten much more than I can recall. The past is indistinct and clouded.
