Went to the H's today to read the next chapter of the Unconsoled. My symptoms started kicking in as I read. I was shaking so badly that I almost had to stop reading. Symptoms are getting more pronounced. When I came back, I went to bed and slept for a couple of hours. I also did a centering prayer session before climbing into the bed. That helped moderate the symptoms some, but I awoke with them back again. Going to increase my medication starting in the new year (next week) and see if that helps moderate things. I was trying to wait until classes restarted, but that may not work.

Watched Casablanca this afternoon. It's been a while since I've seen it. It was almost like a new movie. A classic film! Ingrid Bergman is luminous. A great story!

Picked up a MegaMillion lottery ticket. May good fortune come my way! That would be a great way to start the new year. Why not!
