Seemed like a long day today. I was awakened last night right after I went to sleep. There was an ambulance and a squad of EMTs in front of the building. Someone was being taken to hospital (as the British say). Took me a while to get back to sleep. I then had to get up and out this morning for the doctor's appointment.

The doctor listened to my description of symptoms and we agreed to reduce my third dosage of Stalevo at bedtime. I will also add a single dosage of Azilect at bedtime. I'll start with a .5 dose for two weeks and then move to a 1.0 dose. After a month, we'll do an evaluation and see if that moderates everything or not. I hate to begin the process of working to get the right drug cocktail, but I clearly have to do something to try and moderate the symptoms. The doctor said I was looking good overall. He remarked on how strong my voice sounded.

Watched a movie tonight--Taking Chance. It was about one soldier's wrestling match with feeling guilty that he wasn't in combat. He volunteers to accompany a soldier's body as it is returned to be buried. It was an OK film but somewhat propagandic.

PD dance tomorrow and an acupressure session on the books. Looking forward!
