Happy St. Pat's Day! Had some green tea so that I had something green! Weather turned really cool with the wind knifing through the streets. Some rain as well! I slept a lot.

One of the neighbors got arrested today. It looks like he's being accused of some sort of domestic violence. He hasn't been on good terms with his girlfriend since he move into the place. They always seemed to be bickering about something. Too bad! I think he is really a nice person and that she was the instigator--but he got arrested.

Watched a disturbing film this evening--Redacted. It's a Iraq war mock-u-mentory that is based on some actual events. It was written and directed by Di Palma and is unflinching in its portrayals of what checkpoint soldiers are all about. The film feels so real (as if it were being photographed by news organizations) that I found myself flinching away from the events on the screen. I had started to watch the film in the past and had dropped it. Tonight, I made it all the way through, but I have to wonder why.

Dreamed last night that I was on a cruise ship. We were sailing in the tropics on a large but crowded ship. We were stacked like cord wood on the decks. I could lean back slightly and I would hit the legs and feet of the person behind me. I was trying to figure out how my PDA's functions worked. I was having trouble doing so. There were two young kids sitting nearby and they kept showing how to get the device to work.

In one scene, I had gone back to our cabin. It was quite roomy and was a good place to get away from the crowds on the deck. Today, while I was out and about, I saw two kids that looked like the kids in the dream. Strange!
