Hefty gait and balance session today! Moved parts of my body that haven't been moved in a while. Lots of leg stuff that pushed the leg muscles to the limit. Glad I'll be doing a movement class and a tuina session tomorrow. Also supposed to cool down tomorrow from today's swelter.

Will miss the resistance sessions over the next 1.5 weeks. Even body trainers have to have some vacation. Glad he's not going to Lanai! Larry Ellison (Oracle dude) is buying the whole island! Too bad for the residents although the place is already owned by a corporation (probably also too bad for the residents). Somehow, it seems obscene to buy an entire location like Lanai. But most hi-tech dudes aren't known for their humanistic attributes.

Had an odd thing happen today. Got a phone message from the Anaheim Hyatt letting me know that my studio suite was ready--to pick up my keys at the registration desk. I called to disconfirm that I had not ordered a studio suite. Probably was a phone snafu of some variety, but was strange!
