In the heat of the day! 90s today and reaching higher! Supposed to cool down some over the next few days, but we shall see if that happens.

Watched two movies today--The Headless Woman (saw again with GH) and Boy A (an English film about a boy who commits a heinous crime when he is very young, and who gets released when he is an adult). The Headless Woman was a bit clearer the second time around--the first left me a bit confused as to how it all fit together. There are some  long takes in the film, but overall it's quite well done.

Boy A has some hard-to-watch scenes, but overall it is a film that poses many questions regarding crimes done by adolescents and how those people can be merged back into society rather than locking them away for all of their long lives. The ending is not a happy one but does provide some relief from the tensions built up throughout the piece. It's a film that won't be easily forgotten.

PD dance and resistance training tomorrow! Looking forward to the classes! Weekends are too long and not filled with movement like the rest of the days. This weekend was filled with sleep!
