No good news on the dental front! Have several areas that are going to require major work. Appears that all of the time that I spent going to the periodontist, and did not check in with my regular dentist, created an opportunity for several areas to get decayed. Haven't gotten the full damage report yet, but imagine it will be steep--and require some time spent under the drill. Nothing I look forward to--nothing at all.

Watched a spy film this evening--Duplicity. It's a plot inside a plot inside a plot! Two spy types decide to infiltrate a corporation and working from the inside and outside try and steal some valuable corporate data. They did not know that they were being set up to steal some fake data. The fake data would be leaked to competitors who would race to announce a product breakthrough. The competitors would thus lose face when the public learns the announced breakthrough was not true. Julia Roberts was the lady spy. There were quite a few flashbacks in the film that helped explain what was happening in the present, but they were annoying and perhaps even confusing to some extent.

Oh, well! Doing resistance training outside tomorrow. The regular classroom is being used for a training seminar. DNC finishes up tonight! Now it's a march (or some other movement) to election day. Go, O!
