Today's C&M session was tough but felt good. Body liked being moved and stretched, pushed and prodded. Awaken! Awaken! Cells were tumbled into wakefulness! It was a fairly big class. It was good to see everyone. Everybody had been to a previous class--there were no newbies.

Left class and went to the H's for a read-aloud book session. On the freeway some dumbo was driving really slow--about 25 mph! He turned off (finally) at the off ramp where I was headed. He stopped to get his bearings. Vehicles began to stack up behind us. People were on their horns but the guy just took his sweet time and crawled off the ramp onto the street. Not everyone should have a driving permit.

I checked my headlamp while I was waiting for H to drop off some books and things. I discovered that my broken lamp had healed itself. I assume it's just loose and not burned out. Still no easy access to that area of the truck. Will just monitor it and see if it stays healed.

Dreamed last night a frustrating and aggravating dream about working on a project that was not going well. The part that I was responsible for was not working properly. I was getting all kinds of flak about deadlines and such. I finally, in the dream, acknowledged that I was just dreaming and could flush the whole thing. I did so, turned over, and went to sleep.

Dance and resistance classes tomorrow! Looking forward to both of them! Go body go!
