Weather has warmed some and the promised rain has not fallen. Had a moderate-sized G&B class today. There was a photographer in the room and our photos were taken for the newsletter.

Feeling foggy today--foggy and groggy and also relaxed for some strange reason. The H's are back to normal after their interlude with the hospital yesterday. BH is fine! She was just concerned over something that she thought should be checked.

Dreamed last night that I was in contact with several people from my distant past. There were multiple conversations with these ghosts--some odd and difficult--some perfunctory and difficult to follow. Most of these ghosts were people that I had worked with in the distant times.

Movement class tomorrow. Despite a small lunch to day with GH, I still had a major flushing/turning red after we ate and read some from the book we are reading. The session didn't seem to last all that long, but with the warmer weather it was definitely noticeable. It happened after lunch and reading, right before I took the midday dose of medication. Doesn't seem to happen in the morning after breakfast nor after dinner or snack in the later afternoon--mostly around midday after exercise/activity. Will keep watching and parsing when it happens and what else is going on at those times.

Lots of dust and pollen in the air around where I live. Lots of construction/excavation being done so there is a lot of dust being blown everywhere. Let there be rain! Lots and soon!
