A muggy day in every way! I spent most of the time organizing and updating the various web sites that I use for a variety of tasks. I discovered just how scatological my choices of user names, passwords, and security items have been. Not all that neat and orderly! I got started on this task because of the CC security issue that happened and the fact that I'll need to update many sites with my new location. Thank goodness it's a long weekend so I can get on with some of the other moving tasks I'll be doing.

I popped out for breakfast this morning. I went to Whole Foods and discovered that they put up a tasty breakfast buffet. My daily green tea Frappuccino helped me make it through the day and  shortened my nap period. Weather got warm and remains muggy even now.

Watched a film this evening--The Master. It's a dramatization based loosely on some of the life and times of a fictitious Lancaster Dodd (an amalgam of people including L. Ron Hubbard of Scientology fame). Joaquin Phoenix did an intense job of playing Dodd's wacky disciple. Philip Hoffman did a reasonable job of being the megalomaniac Dodd (Hubbard). The whole film surprisingly enough focused more on Phoenix's character with Hoffman and the rest of the cast picking up the pieces. That feature left the film feeling a bit lopsided--as if huge hunks of it was being dragged along from one wacky disciple episode after the other. And, of course, there is no mention or footage dedicated to how Hubbard's writings continue to create waves today. Hubbard was a prolific writer and holds the world record for most published author (1084 books)!

Sunday, Sunday! Coming soon to a city near everyone! Let there be light!
