Did a Pilates class today! It felt good, was a challenge, but worth the effort. It was like Core and More, but shorter--thank goodness! Looks like I'll make it and gentle yoga two of my mainstays. Pilates is repeated on Saturday. Will do a workout (weights) on Tuesdays and Fridays. That leaves Mondays and Sundays open. Things are coming together!

Made a dental appointment with dental group for an exam and X-rays, and to set up a hygiene plan.

Had a massive lunch today at Annie's--meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, garlic bread, corn, and salad. It was filling and very tasty. They have breakfasts for $2.99--I'll have to give them a try.

I felt pretty good after the Pilates class--I only napped for a short spell after coming back from lunch.

Grandkid came home today and we played together a little before dinner. Daughter prepared a really nice dinner (pork chops, potatoes, broccoli, veggie casserole, apple sauce). I'm still not eating dinner--just some fruit at dinner time. Big meal is at midday (Annie's, Indian place, Raley's, and such).

Will contact neurologist (preferred) tomorrow and see if I can set up an appointment. The time has come the walrus said--the time has come.
