Spent the day doing as much sleep as I could. Feels good! Didn't go to the gym--thought it better to relax and let be.

Dance class tomorrow--intermediate level. Also a class on Friday--will spend some time before the Friday class to review the planned dances. It really helps to get the list of proposed dances early in the week. Would like to have that for the Thursday class--but not going to happen.

MD's caregiver broke a toe over the weekend and has not been able to come by so far this week. MD is showing some of the strain--she is a bit P and A anyway, but off schedule issues like this week only  make her more so. Last night, she was up doing laundry late into the evening. The laundry door is next to my bedroom wall. She (and others) open the door and let it bang into the wall when they enter or leave the laundry room. It turns my room into a tympani.

I got to sleep late last night--I managed to stay up watching TV episodes and playing Just Words. I recouped some of my sleep time throughout today but it's not like getting 5+ hours of sleep in one stretch.

Daughter and fiancé fixed dinner tonight--it was tasty and comforting (mac and cheese, salad, garlic bread). I had skipped lunch (because I had a big breakfast) so I was hungry at dinner time.

Time to do my evening dental rituals. Tomorrow prance and dance!
