Was the day after Christmas--and all through the house, everything was quiet. People are sleeping--not dreaming of anything. Temperature last night hit the high 20s--and it's been chilly all day.

SD is home by now--A. MD's caregiver, volunteered to take him home. She does more than can be expected--MD is fortunate to have someone who does so much for so little.

BH, the grand baby, is raising a fuss--BH, the dad, is sacked out with an illness. I have napped on and off all day--hopefully will do an RSB session tomorrow. I slept a lot last night and today--I was worn down from the holidaze. It felt good to just stay horizontal--and let the time drift by.

I'll shave and take a warm shower after dinner--so I'll be ready to go to RSB in the morning.
