Can't get warm today--moisture in the cool air helps keep things chilly. B, the grandson, has the sniffles--and a bit of a cough. It's been a long day--since I've not been doing anything like exercise. Have an RSB session in the morrow--which will help heat the bod, hopefully. Have a lot of bodywork scheduled for the next couple of weeks--RSB, dancing, Trager, and PT.

I discovered a Celtic singer, Loreena McKennitt--she has a performance on Netflix that mixes Celtic and Arabic musical themes. Her musicians play a range of strange and conventional instruments--and create a wonderful sound. I feel like I should be listening to more such music--especially when I'm driving/moving around on autopilot.

Picked up a gift for my daughter today--have two more items to be delivered. My gift shopping is done--just have to wrap the items and put them on/under the tree.

Laundry night tonight--regular weekend (or week starting) ritual. Let the soap suds flow--let the good times go.

Supposed to rain over the next few days--we're getting a lot of moisture for everything still being dry.
